This year's Learn to Windsurf Clinic was June 26th at Windy Point.

The Austin Windsurf Club's 2010 Learn to Windsurf Day was a fun day for student's to learn to windsurf. There was on-land instruction and on the water fun!! The proceeds from the event benefited the non-profit organization, Spastic Paraplegia Foundation (SPF), which raises awareness and funds for research to find the cures for the two rare disorders Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) and Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS). Being personally affected by HSP, I am thankful for the Austin Windsurf Club's vote to have the SPF as the beneficiary of the Learn to Windsurf Day event.
Thank you to Lisa and Sabine who helped with registration. Thank you to each of you who took your personal time to make this event successful!!
